Hard start floating bar

We’ve introduced a new feature that makes the next hard start cue extra clear. This floating bar appears at the bottom of any running rundown (where there is a future hard start cue).

The bar contains:

• Next hard start: The time of day that the hard start is set for.
• Countdown: A ticking countdown clock to the hard start time.
• Gap/Overlap: Any gap or overlap that exists before the hard start cue.
• Title: The title of the cue.

You can even click on the floating bar and the rundown will scroll to the hard start cue.

This feature will be really handy when you have a long pre-show but need to make sure you hit a specific cue at a specific time - all without having to scroll around the page.

Guests can edit multiple columns

Since the beginning we have allowed you to share a link with a guest where they can edit a single column. We have now opened that up to allow for multi-column selection.

Now when sharing a guest link, you can let them view and edit any of the columns on your rundown - It’s totally up to you.

When they visit the link they will see an “Editable” tag next to any column that they can edit.

Time of day display setting

You can now manually choose how all time of day clocks are displayed within Rundown Studio.

Visit the Rundown Settings option and choose between:

• Auto: This will use your browsers default time display.
• 24 hour: 13:30:10
• 12 hour (AM/PM): 1:30:10 PM
• 12 hour (without AM/PM): 1:30:10

Your chosen display format will appear on all clocks including:

• The rundown start and end times.
• PDF and CSV exports.
• Guest links.
• Rundown output links.

And more…

• Multiple columns can now be shown on any list output.
• ”End show” popup added when a show has ran over by more than 1 hour.
• Quickly email a link to any guest.
• Resend team invites to any pending team member.
• Fix: Admins can now remove other admins.
• Fix: Cue title/subtitle no longer collapse to a single line when editing.
• Fix: End time can now be set again (bottom of any rundown).
